Integratable gyrator using m.o.s. and bipolar transistors

Abstract

A high-quality gyrator has been developed for use at frequencies up to 100kHz. The circuit enables high-Q factor inductances to be derived from low-loss capacitors. The Q factors are relatively temperature-independent, and the circuit is integratable.
