Abstract

In patients with cardiac sarcoidosis, myocardial lesions detected on delayed contrast-enhanced MRI were predominantly localized in the basal and subepicardial myocardium. The extent of myocardial lesions may be related to LV dysfunction and plasma BNP level in patients with cardiac sarcoidosis.
