Outcome of fertility‐preserving treatment in young women with endometrial carcinomas

Abstract

Conservative therapy is feasible in carefully selected young women with endometrial cancer. Recurrence rates were high during long term observation even after pathological complete remissions. Therefore, close follow up is recommended.
