Use of a Simple Method for the Resonance Widths of <sup>1</sup> <i>P</i> States in He-Like Systems

We present an application of a simple discretization method proposed elsewhere to the calculation of energies and widths of 1P resonances of the He isoelectronic series. We compare our results with those found in the literature. For Z > 2 our calculated widths are presented in the compact Y series form proposed in a former publications.
