Blowout Fracture of the Medial Orbital Wall, With Entrapment of the Medial Rectus Muscle

Abstract

A case of fracture of the orbital wall, with entrapment of the medial rectus muscle and paresis of the 6th nerve in association with a large fracture of the orbital floor, is presented. The diagnosis was made primarily by the forced duction test.
