Abstract

There was no significant association between Pro12Ala polymorphism in exon B of PPAR-gamma and prevalence or severity of CAD in Korean adults. Further studies on the correlation between Pro12Ala polymorphism and CAD should be carried out in a larger Korean population in the future.
