Abstract

A model describing the development of branched streamer structures in dielectrics is proposed, in which the conductivity of each segment of discharge channels has a pulsed character. Calculations performed show that the stochastic model of streamer growth with allowance for the pulsed conductivity of channels describe qualitatively the main features of streamer structure development in liquid dielectrics.
