Impact of role‐, job‐ and organizational characteristics on Nursing Unit Managers' work related stress and well‐being

Abstract

Several risk factors and stimulating factors influencing nurse unit managers' work related stress and well-being were identified. Further challenges will be to develop proper interventions and strategies to support nursing unit managers and their team in daily practice to deliver the best and safest patient care.
