The Angle Kappa in Strabismic Individuals

Abstract

This study showed that exotropic patients have higher angle kappa values when compared to esotropic patients. Ophthalmologists must take the kappa angle into account when performing a Hirschberg or Krimsky test in young and uncooperative patients in order to improve surgical results.
