Pancreatic abnormalities and AIDS related sclerosing cholangitis.

Abstract

Pancreatic abnormalities are commonly seen with ARSC and may be responsible for some of the pain not relieved by biliary sphincterotomy. The most frequent radiographic biliary abnormality is papillary stenosis combined with ductal sclerosis.
