LAPAROSCOPIC RETROPERITONEAL NEPHRECTOMY IN HIGH RISK CHILDREN

Abstract

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy is safe and feasible for high risk children. The relatively long operating time is necessary for hemostasis in these children at risk for hemorrhagic complications.
