We have measured the magnetoresistance of two-dimensional arrays of nonsuperconducting metallic rings made of gold and copper wires, in low magnetic field between 60 mK and 9 K. For the first time, oscillations of the resistance, corresponding to an integer number of flux quanta ${\ensuremath{\varphi}}_{0}$=hc/2e per unit loop are reported. The observed anomalous behavior of the low-temperature resistance of Au samples is attributed to Kondo impurities.
