Head Strength and Conditioning Coach U.S. Air Force Academy Allen Hedrick, MA, CSCS, *D is head strength and conditioning coach at the U.S. Air Force Academy. In addition to working with ice hockey, he is also responsible for program development for football, volleyball, and men's soccer. Prior to being hired at the Air Force Academy, Hedrick was strength and conditioning coordinator at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.
