The second and third examples of acriflavin antibody were revealed by discrepant results in ABO typing. As in the original case, the blood of both of these patients was agglutinated by most commercial anti‐B sera, but not by anti‐A or Anti‐A, B. The sera of these individuals contained anti‐B as well as anti‐A.
