Abstract

The results confirm previous findings that the effect of laser therapy is dose-related. The mechanism of effect may occur via a differentiated pressure-sensitive neural pathway rather than a thermal-sensitive neural pathway. The significance of the immunohistochemistry findings remains unknown.
