The equilibrium hydrogen and oxygen isotope fractionations in ice-water system were determined under the condition of comparatively slow rate of ice formation using mass spectrometric isotope analysis of coexisting ice and water. The values of hydrogen and oxygen isotope fractionation factors were determined to be 1.0206±0.0005 and 1.0028±0.0001, respectively.
