Twin pregnancies conceived by assisted reproductive techniques: Maternal and neonatal outcomes

Abstract

Although twin pregnancies following IVF or GIFT are more likely to result in discordant birth weight infants, the perinatal outcome is comparable to that of spontaneously conceived twin pregnancies.
