Abstract

Silver(I) and palladium(II) complexes of constrained-geometry chiral di-N-heterocyclic carbenes have been prepared from trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane via the base-induced 1,3-cycloaddition of tosylmethyl isocyanide to diimines.
