Solid State Multinuclear NMR Studies on M4(CO)12 (M=Co, Rh) and (NMe3Bz)2[Rh6(CO)15C]

Abstract

Abstract Variable Temperature 13C MAS and 59Co NMR data on solid Co4(CO)12 show that there is a symmetry conserved reorientation of the CO4-tetrahedron which is more restricted than has been reported previously whereas the room temperature 13C MASNMR spectra of Rh4(CO)12 and (NMe3Bz)2[Rh6(CO)15C] are consistent with their solid state static structure.
