The electronic structures of κ-type and κ'-type (BEDT-TTF) 2 Cu 2 (CN) 3 exhibiting semiconducting and superconducting behavior at ambient pressure, respectively, were investigated through a high-field magnetoresistance measurement under pressure. The Shubnikov-de Haas signal was invisible in both salts. The angle-dependent magnetoresistance oscillation (AMRO) was found in the κ-type salt, while the AMRO was not found in the κ'-type salt. The implication and origin of this difference are discussed.
