Abstract

DOLORES VAZ (Rhode Island Hospital School of Nursing, Providence, Rhode Island; M.Ed., Rhode Island College, Providence) was an instructor at the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, at the time this research was carried out. Her present position is associate professor, Medical-Surgical Nursing at the Bristol Community College, Pall River, Massachusetts.
