Physical Function Is Weakly Associated with Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Gene I/D Polymorphism in Elderly Japanese Subjects

Abstract

This study suggests that there is a significant relationship between ACE genotype and physical function. In particular, subjects with the ACE deletion/deletion genotype were associated with upper extremities.
