Management of Lesions of the Helical Rim Using a Chondrocutaneous Advancement Flap

Abstract

This report describes and illustrates a method, believed heretofore unreported, for the surgical management of defects of the helical rim. There have been no complications or recurrence of tumors in 18 patients treated by this method, and cosmetic results are satisfactory.
