Prognostic Factors in Nonresectable Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: A Rationale to Design Therapeutic Trials

Abstract

The results of the present investigation suggest that baseline performance status and distant metastases should be considered in designing and evaluating any therapeutic trial in patients with nonresectable pancreatic carcinoma.
