Synthesis of some benzimidazole, benzoxazole and benzothiazole derivatives. Action of aliphatic selenonesters on some <i>o</i>‐phenylenediamine, <i>o</i>‐amino‐phenol and <i>o</i>‐aminothiophenol and their derivatives

Abstract

Abstract Aliphatic selenonesters react with o ‐phenylenediamine, o ‐aminophenol and o ‐aminothiophenol and their derivatives to form benzimidazole, benzoxazole and benzothiazole derivatives, respectively. The mass and nmr spectra of the mentioned compounds were studied.
