Abstract In this study, we analyzed the intracellular and extracellular stability of an oligdeoxyribonucleotide (oligo 293) which exhibits antiviral activity against Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 (HSV-1) in tissue culture. The uptake and stability of oligo 293 varied when cell type or internucleoside linkage was changed.
