Effectiveness of National Provider Prescription of PPI Gastroprotection Among Elderly NSAID Users

Abstract

Provider adherence to safer NSAID prescribing strategies is associated with fewer UGIE among the elderly. An adherent strategy lowers, but does not eliminate, risk of an NSAID-related UGIE.
