Magnetophoresis in combination with chemical enhancers for transdermal drug delivery

Abstract

The enhancement factor due to combination of chemical permeation enhancer was additive and not synergistic. Mechanistic studies indicated that magnetophoresis mediated drug delivery enhancement was via appendageal pathway.
