Abstract

The authors present a case of cranial tuberculosis presenting with proptosis and right-sided swelling of the head. The chest film was reported as normal. The original diagnosis was Hand-Schüller-Christian disease, although roentgenograms showed a space-occupying lesion with an irregular outline and surrounding sclerosis in the skull vault.
