Of 186 patients treated with the antineoplastic drug bleomycin, 5 showed clinical and roentgenographic signs of pulmonary toxicity. Clinical manifestations were dyspnea and decreased total lung capacities. Radiographic findings consisted mainly of interstitial infiltration which resolved in 3 cases and persisted as pathologically proved fibrosis in the other 2.
