Enhancement of osteosarcoma cell sensitivity to cisplatin using paclitaxel in the presence of hyperthermia

Abstract

The combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin increases the effects of thermochemotherapy on OS cell lines, primarily through the induction of apoptosis by the up-regulation of Fas expression.
