Rosuvastatin pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics in white and Asian subjects residing in the same environment

Abstract

Plasma exposure to rosuvastatin and its metabolites was significantly higher in Chinese, Malay, and Asian-Indian subjects compared with white subjects living in the same environment.
