Abstract

In response to hyperglycemia, intranuclear NFkappaB increases and IkappaB decreases in MNC of women with PCOS independent of obesity. This may represent a cardinal inflammatory signal that contributes to the induction of insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism in PCOS.
