Abstract The rhodium‐catalyzed addition reaction of arylboronic acids to β‐aryloxyacrylates gives 3,3‐diarylpropanoates in good yields. The double arylation reaction proceeds via the intermediate cinnamates generated by β‐oxygen elimination.
