Abstract

In soft-tissue sarcoma, bone invasion on MR images was predictive of decreased disease-specific survival. MR imaging findings of bone or neurovascular involvement otherwise appear to be more important for tailoring surgery than for predicting local recurrence, distant metastasis, or survival.
