Organic films for display applications have usually been developed with the aim of individual emission of red, blue, and green light. Another approach, presented here, is to design organic light‐emitting devices that emit over a broad spectral range, i.e., essentially white light. The preparation of two new polymer (see Figure) films is described, together with the results of absorption, photoluminescence, and electroluminescence measurements. magnified image
