Abstract

A 21-year-old Negro woman developed large hemangiomas in the sixth month of her pregnancy. Arteriovenous fistulae resulted in profound high output cardiac failure. All lesions promptly resolved at delivery. Three members of the immediate family showed various types of vascular nevi.
