Abstract The ferroelectric polarization of the L-alanine-doped tri-glycine sulfate (LATGS) were measured by the pyroelectric method. The temperature dependence of the induced polarizations by the internal bias fields suggests that the bias fields are almost independent of temperature near TC (≈49°C) of TGS.
