Particle creation in an asymptotically uniformly accelerated frame

Abstract

The authors study the phenomena of creation of scalar and spin-1/2 massless particles in a system of coordinates associated with an observer moving with asymptotically uniform acceleration. They also consider the massive Dirac equation. After computing the Bogoliubov coefficients, they find a Planck and Fermi-Dirac distribution for scalar and spin-1/2 particles respectively.
