Altered Expression of Tight Junction Proteins in Cyclosporine Nephrotoxicity

Abstract

Renal TJ proteins are affected by cyclosporine treatment. Changes in TJ protein assembly induced by altered expression of WNK4, occludin, and zonula occludens 1 may affect paracellular permeability.
