The role of glucocorticoid receptor phosphorylation in the model of negative affective states

Abstract

Negative affectivity is a transdiagnostic factor in vulnerability to affective disorders and possible therapeutic target. Molecular signature of negative affectivity should incorporate GR phosphorylation with other known biological underpinnings.
