Iron(ii) and zinc(ii) monohelical binaphthyl salen complexes

Abstract

A new chiral binaphthyl salen ligand with rigid polyaromatic sidearms gives monohelical complexes (Fe(II) and Zn(II)) of predetermined handedness.
