The magnetophonon effect in epitaxial films of n-type inp

Up to eleven magnetophonon peaks are observed in the transverse magnetoresistance of high purity epitaxial films of n-type inp at temperatures between 77 and 300 k. The low frequency cyclotron effective mass of the electrons is found to be 0.0820 +or- 0.0010 m0 at 77 k and 0.0781 +or- 0.0010 m0 at 300 k.
