Abstract

Description of a TRANSMAK code is given. This code is used to calculate PF coils voltage waveforms at the plasma initiation stage. Application of the TRANSMAK code for the plasma start up dynamics analysis in the T-15M tokamak allowed one to define successful conditions for the plasma initiation and to simulate dynamics of physical and technical parameters. The TRANSMAK code was also used for investigation of the ITER and KTM tokamaks start up.
