Numerical Analysis of Variation Patterns in Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus [L.] Moench)

Abstract

A detailed analysis of variability in 296 accessions from a world collection of okra germ plasm by numerical taxonomic procedures revealed considerable genetic diversity within the species. The analysis categorized the germ plasm in a useful format for plant breeding and for further collections.
