Abstract

Urethral instillation via urethral syringe of fluorouracil injection mixed with lidocaine gel reduced the size and number of a man's intraurethral condyloma acuminata, allowed cystourethroscopy, and eliminated hematuria. There was no new growth of condyloma acuminata after six months.
