Microscopic Intracranial Section of the Vestibular Nerve in MenìEgre'S Disease: A Preliminary Report

Seven patients with unilateral MenieGre's disease have been operated upon with microscopical intracranial selective section of the vestibular nerve. The operative technique is described. All the patients have complete preservation of hearing, taste and facial function postoperatively.
