Abstract

Acutely measured levels of TGFbeta1/beta2 in the CSF of patients with subarachnoid haemorrhage are thus potential prognostic biomarkers for the subsequent development of chronic communicating hydrocephalus, indicating likely dependency on CSF shunting.
