A series of ZnAl<sub>x</sub>Fe<sub>2−x</sub>O<sub>4</sub>(0.1 ≤<italic>x</italic>≤ 0.5) ferrospinels has been prepared by chemical co-precipitation method to understand the effect of Al<sup>3+</sup>substitution on the structural, dielectric and magnetic response of ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>nanoparticles.
