The association between socio‐demographic marginalization and plasma glucose levels at diagnosis of gestational diabetes

Abstract

Women living in the most materially deprived and ethnically concentrated neighbourhoods have higher glucose levels at diagnosis of gestational diabetes. They may need close monitoring for timely initiation of insulin.
